All Dealers / TASSs’ Subject: Free Service Schedule and Payout for BSVI Phase 2 (RDE) & EV Models We are pleased to announce Free Service schedule & payouts for BS VI range of Commercial vehicles.
 Please note below points for availing Free Services –  All free services are to be availed as per Kms. or Hrs. or Days whichever comes earlier. 
 We have given permissible range against each model for carrying out free service of any vehicle in Annexure - 1. 
 All free services are to be availed within the period stipulated range of kms / hrs / Days. No Free Service can be availed beyond that period.
  All free services are valid only during the warranty period of the vehicle irrespective of the permissible range mentioned herewith i.e. vehicle free service should be carried before expiry of warranty period for that vehicle. 
 Free Service pay-out shall continue to remain a composite of Base Rate + Variable Rate 
 Free Services are not applicable for STU Tender Vehicles.
  Only Dealer workshops are authorized for PDI 
 PDI payout shall be released only if duly filled PDI check-sheet is uploaded by Channel partner in CRM. 
 Washing of vehicles is mandatory for all Free Services rendered by workshops. 
 Wheel alignment pay-out includes Tyre rotation charges. 
 Wheel alignment machine calibration is mandatory as per the schedule. 
 It is mandatory to attached wheel alignment report while raising wheel alignment FSB Bill for that chassis. 
 Scheduled Hub greasing is included in Free Service pay-out. 
 Suspension of Tippers (M & HCV) is mandate to be torqued as per model specifications during all free service schedules. 
 Only computerized wheel alignment is mandate.
