Subject : Mandatory Adherence of QRT App for Enhanced Breakdown Assistance,
effective June 15, 2025.
As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring swift assistance to our
customers across the network, we are reinforcing the mandatory use of the Quick Response Team (QRT)
App during all breakdown visits, effective June 15, 2025.
This initiative is crucial for strengthening
responsiveness, transparency, and efficiency in handling on-road breakdowns.
Compliance Requirements:
All channel partners must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure seamless service:
QRT App Usage: - Technicians must use the QRT app and follow all milestones (Start > Reach
> Resolution), during each breakdown visit.
Technician must carry QRT app loaded Mobile Phone
with him.
Real-Time Tracking: Customers will be able to track technician movements once the QRT team
initiates the Start function, reducing follow-up calls and enhancing trust.
Automated Deputation Charges: The app ensures accurate trip data capture, leading to precise
cost calculations and timely settlements.
Geo-Validated Distance Calculation: The Google Map-based measurement of travel distance will
provide a reliable record of technician movement, ensuring fair deputation charges.
