Subject – Guidelines for charges claimed against Special Job Codes and its mandatory requirement in warranty claim processing (This circular is revision of SC_2015_56) All Valued Dealers / TASSs’ In continuation to the service circular SC_2015_56, we are pleased to update you about the revision of service circular for CVBU Warranty claims raised with special charges. At the outset, it has been observed that special charges claims are getting raised with insufficient information in investigation/CRM attachments resulting large number of claims are getting rejected multiple times which is causing:  Delay in claim settlement  Repeated claim deferment  Audit concerns To mitigate the above challenges, it is utmost important to submit the claim with correct or matching special job codes with justification & candid documentation. Hence, it has become imperative on our part to issue the Regulatory/Fresh guidelines for our channel partner while raising special charges claim. Also, Dealer team must select the correct Job code as per the purpose forspecial charges in warranty claim. Similarly, CSM needs to verify the claimed amount in special charges as well as to ensure the technicality and correctness of special charges subject to its documentation. Any discrepancy in claimed amount or job codes while verification, then CSM should defer the claim back to the CP for needful corrections & to suffice the requirement.
