Subject: Mandatory Utilization of Prolife Components in AMC/FMS Vehicles – Effective from
15
th July 2025
As part of our ongoing effort to make the AMC/FMS - Value Added Services more cost-efficient and operationally sustainable, we
are implementing a new guideline concerning the optimal usage of Prolife components.
A wide range of Prolife components are now available and eligible for use during repairs under AMC/FMS contracts. We
encourage to all channel partners for wider adoption of Prolife component without compromising on quality and reliability.
Guideline for Channel partner:
1. Mandatory Usages of Prolife Components
With effect from 15th July 2025, it will be mandatory to utilize Prolife components in all AMC/FMS repairs wherever applicable
(Refer the Annexure-1 for applicable Prolife Component). In case Prolife component is available for a specific failed component,
it is mandate to replace the Prolife part only for repairing the AMC & FMS vehicle.
2. Prolife Inventory planning and Stocking
A Sufficient time is being provided to ensure adequate stocking of eligible Prolife components. Channel partners are advised
to:
o Review current and upcoming vehicle inflow.
o Identify applicable Prolife components for AMC/FMS jobs.
o Initiate timely ordering and stocking of part to avoid service delays.
3. Settlement Protocol Post 15th July’2025.
Post the effective date, if failed component is available in Prolife range, it is expected that the Prolife component is used for
the repair under AMC/FMS vehicle, Claim Settlement of parts will be limited to the price of the corresponding Prolife part,
irrespective of the TGP part’s billing value.
4. Exception Handling & Approvals: In case prolife product is not available in stock due to any of the following reasons
mentioned, Channel partner can use TGP part but prior approval must be secured from State Service Manager for usages of
the TGP part.
o The Prolife component is not available in stock
o The Prolife part has been ordered but not yet received,
o The Prolife supply issue from plant or warehouse

Note- SSM’s approval is mandatory to attach while submitting the Claim for smooth claim processing.
We appreciate your continuous support to implement this policy smoothly and ensure optimal utilization of Prolife component under
the AMC/FMS vehicle during repair.
